Brunswick Wows at Expo Real With Urban Development Vision

Brunswick showcased its urban development potential and future plans at Expo Real in Munich. Mayor Dr. Thorsten Kornblum commended the joint presence of the Hannover Braunschweig Göttingen Wolfsburg Metropolitan Region and Lower Saxony, highlighting two key projects: energy research for Bahnstadt and the House of Music.

The Brunswick stand, a collaboration of various real estate and related companies, covered all aspects of the realtor industry, from project development to marketing. It presented the city's investment potential, even in tough economic times, and its attractive inner-city measures and large-scale projects. The stand partners, though unnamed, represented a broad spectrum of competencies.

Visitors gained insights into the energy concept for the Bahnstadt, a sustainable urban quarter, and the plans for the House of Music, a cultural landmark.
