Brigade Belvedere debuts as East Bengaluru's newest luxury residential hub

Brigade Enterprises has launched Brigade Belvedere, a new premium residential project in East Bengaluru. Spread across 10.75 acres, the development targets the growing demand for high-end homes in the city's IT corridors. The first phase includes two towers with 773 units, offering a mix of 1, 2, and 3 BHK configurations. The project sits on Budigere Main Road, off Old Madras Road, a fast-growing area with strong connectivity. Residents will have easy access to corporate offices, schools, hospitals, and shopping centres. Brigade Group's Managing Director, Pavitra Shankar, highlighted the focus on climate-resilient and tech-enabled homes, aligning with modern buyer preferences.

Brigade Belvedere features a 24,000 sq ft clubhouse and an additional 6,000 sq ft of amenities. Unit sizes range from 715 sq ft to over 2,013 sq ft, catering to varied needs. The project's revenue potential is estimated at over ₹1,100 crore, reflecting strong market confidence. East Bengaluru's IT hubs, like Whitefield and Sarjapur, have seen steady demand for premium homes over the last five years. Factors driving this include IT sector stability, hybrid work trends, and improved infrastructure like Metro Phase 2. Prices in these areas have risen by 79% in four years, with most interest in the ₹1.5-2.5 crore range. The region accounted for 57% of Bengaluru's residential launches in Q1 2026.

Brigade Belvedere enters a market where premium housing demand remains high. The project's location, amenities, and focus on sustainability position it to attract buyers in East Bengaluru's competitive real estate sector. With strong infrastructure and corporate presence, the area continues to draw interest from both local and NRI investors.
