Brent Cross Town Mega-Development Kicks Off With 800 New Homes

Three major projects, part of the Brent Cross Town mega-development, are set to transform the UK's housing landscape. The two Brent Cross projects and one in Preston Road, Brighton, will commence in September 2023 and April/May 2023 respectively, providing a total of 800 new homes and costing almost £500,000. Wakefield-based Roann Limited has been appointed to supply kitchen worktops for these projects.

The two Brent Cross projects, located in Brent Cross Town, London, are scheduled to begin in September 2023 and complete in 2025. They will provide 800 new homes, contributing significantly to the Brent Cross Town mega-development. Meanwhile, the Preston Road project in Brighton, redeveloping the area's former 'ugliest building', will start in April/May 2023 and consist of 229 apartments.

Roann Limited, a leading granite and quartz worktop supplier, will provide kitchen worktops for all three projects using 20mm Silestone Blanco Norte and 20mm Caesarstone Frozen Terra products. The company, based in Wakefield, was appointed by Midgard for this task. Notably, Roann Limited has recently shown commitment to sustainability by replacing all single use plastic with recyclable cardboard in their operations.

The commencement of these projects marks a significant step in the Brent Cross Town mega-development and Brighton's urban renewal. With Roann Limited's involvement, these projects not only promise high-quality living spaces but also demonstrate a commitment to sustainable practices.
