1844 Resources Settles $413K Debt, Focuses on Quebec Exploration
1844 Resources Inc. (TSXV: EFF, OTC: EFRSF), an exploration company focused on strategic and energetic metals in underexplored regions, has amended debt settlement agreements. The company aims to create shareholder value through new discoveries, particularly in the Gaspé, Québec area.
The company has agreed to settle debts totaling $413,067 by issuing 3,596,936 common shares at $0.05 per share. This includes settling a debt of $195,556 with Golden Bear Capital Partners LP by issuing 1,758,687 shares. Additionally, amended agreements involve certain arm's length creditors and two companies owned by directors of the Company.
The closing of these debt settlements is subject to necessary corporate and regulatory approvals, including the TSX Venture Exchange. All shares issued in these settlements will be subject to a four-month hold period.
1844 Resources Inc. has taken steps to settle its national debt, aiming to strengthen its financial position. The company continues to focus on exploration in underexplored regions, with a view to creating shareholder value through new discoveries.
